4. Dealing with Different Soil Types

Sandy Soil: Dries out quickly, but can be unstable. Digging is relatively easy.

Clay Soil: Holds water well, but is very sticky and heavy when wet, and can be difficult to dig. Let it dry out a bit (if possible) before digging.

Loamy Soil: A good mix of sand, silt, and clay. Relatively easy to dig.

Rocky Soil: Digging will be much harder. You'll need a pickaxe or digging bar to break up rocks.
